Quantities for steel pipe in domestic at import and export trade in December was increased compare with last month. According to Korea Iron and Steel Association, weight for export on last December in 2010 was 18,1447MT. It was increased 5.1% than last month and 332.4% than 5.1% in last year. It is increased once again than last November in a month. The price for Average export is 1,263 dollars. This is increased 3.1% than last month and 8.6% than last December.
The maximum export country is definitely America that is exported 100,701MT. This is 55.5% of total export weight. The next countries are UAE, China, Iran, and Singapore in order.
Total weight of import is 58,385MT that is increased 12.1% than last month and 35.6% than last year. Import weight also is increased in a month as same as export. This is secondly high weight for import since last June. The average price for import is 2,216 dollars that is increased 12.8% than last month and 13.4% than last year. China, main imported country, is imported 29,737MT and this is comprised of 50.9% of total import weight. The next countries are Japan, Italy, Germany, and France in order. |
