China’s iron ore imports decrease in June

China imported 47.17 million iron ore tons in June, down by 14.7 percent compared with last year's 55.31 million tons.
In last six months, total iron ore import reached 309.41 million tons, compared with last year's 297.279 million tons, up by 4.1 percent.
Among them, iron ore imports from India rose by 3.9 percent to 64.95 million tons; Brazil 59.65 million tons, down by 2 percent; South Africa 14.74 million tons, down by 11.2 percent; Iran 5.74 million tons, increased by 184.6 percent compared to the same period of last year.
