Chinese mill offering USD 520 per tonne for HRC to South Korea

Steel Daily reported that one of Chinese steel producers provides USD 520 per tonne for its HRC exported to South Korea in Nov recently, the lowest quotation among Chinese steelmakers.
Industry insiders said "We can not predict China HRC export price trend right now and the price prevails at USD 540 per tonne. Due to the piling up inventory and the most export quotations by steel traders, we should wait and see the market to forecast the future price."
