Chinese HDG export price weakens further

Chinese hot dipped galvanized coil price has weakened by small amount, following the steps of CRC and HRC.
On Shanghai market, 1.0mm HDG by Anshan steel is being quoted at CNY 4050 per tonne down by CNY 30 per tonne from last Friday. That for 0.5mm HDG by private steel maker is tagged at CNY 4480 per tonne a decrease of CNY 70 per tonne.
Taking Shanghai price for 1.0 sheet by Anshan steel as benchmark, there would be rebound as long as CNY 4000 per tonne support holds. Otherwise there will be further fall.
Prevailing export quotation for 1.0mm HDG Z120 goes at around USD 510 per tonne to USD 520 per tonne FOB stable with last week. 0.5mm HDG Z100 is being offered at USD 540 per tonne to USD 550 per tonne FOB.
There are probably more exports volume in HDG and PPGI with export rebate rate rising to 13% from 5%. Traders say that more transactions are for shipments to South America.
